In our experience, clients enjoy coming back because of our fantastic team and facilities, infact the majority of our business is returning clients.

The team that delivers the event you expect
 

Under the leadership of manager Tony Steedman, our dedicated event administrators and catering staff (most of our admin staff hold Event Management degrees) facilitate nearly 1000 successful conferences each year. In the same period, they also event-manage approximately 30 bespoke events (ranging from one to 15 days). While most conferences and events are in London, we also have overseas experience, our next event being in Davos, Switzerland.
 

  Tony Steedman – Conference Manager
Tony is the top dog round these parts and is the man responsible for overseeing all things W12 and steering it towards being the best conference centre in West London.

Like Sir Alan Sugar but with better skin, when he's not in the office, the boss has a penchant for long lunches and weekends away. And of course a large glass of our popular Sauvignon Blanc.

  Adam Brookes – Senior Conference Administrator
As Tony’s right (and left) hand Adam is responsible for all the W12 event management services and runs all client events. He makes and takes the calls, twiddles the emails, and attends long, biscuitless, meetings to ensure our clients get the best possible services.

  Craig Wahday – Conference Administrator
The first point of contact with W12 Craig makes and secures those all important bookings. Growing up in OZ, Craig is the life and soul of W12 with a vibrant Aussie attitude. However we have had to put a stop to him barbecuing at his desk and wearing Speedos. 

  Grant Martin – Catering Manager
When not managing our in-house catering, Grant is our resident party boy. He's a regular visitor to the booze-drenched island of Ibiza, fan of bleepy electronic music and is W12’s very first DJ. 

  Fabio Pacheco – Catering Assistant
When not rushing around at work meeting our clients catering needs, Fabio can be found with a beer (code for case of 36). After drinking the case we couldn’t get any more sense out of him (apart from hic) to complete the rest of this.
