• Efficient, courteous handling of event enquiries via telephone and email. Follow-up of non-responders to maximise event take-up.
• Timely sending of confirmation, joining instructions, maps and accommodation information to delegates.
• Production of delegate conference notes packs.*
• Provision of badges and certificates.*
• A single point of contact before and during your event.
• Design of an appropriate event questionnaire.
• Post-event analysis of delegates' questionnaires and prompt delivery of results to the course organiser and speakers.
