Disabled Access

As you would expect, the modern, well-equipped conference facilities at W12 Conferences are accessible to disabled delegates, including wheelchair users:
 

• All 11 conference rooms
• Breakout and leisure areas
• Restaurant
• On-site shopping
   

Naturally, disabled access toilets are available across the site.
 

Disabled car parking

The two main pay and display car parks (at the rear of the conference centre) are easily accessible and both have dedicated disabled spaces. Additionally, there is dedicated parking for disabled badge holders adjacent to the site’s main entrance on Du Cane Road.

 

Induction loop equipment

Two of our suites (Oak and Maple/Ash) are fitted with induction loop equipment to assist hard of hearing delegates.
