Naturally, size matters when it comes to events. The Oak Suite is the largest space at our West London conference venue. With a bright and airy ambience, this contemporary space is a great choice for hosting AGMs, conferences and meetings.

Up to 150 guests can enjoy the space for meetings, presentations or training events in theatre style, or 90 in a cabaret set-up. For maximum delegate comfort, the conference room is fully air conditioned and is rich in natural daylight thanks to the vaulted glass ceiling and large windows.

AV Capabilities

We offer the highest standard of integrated high-spec A/V. In our Oak Suite this includes four 55” 1080P LED flat screens as well as an ultra-modern display control system and full HD projector.

You can screen-share and live-stream so that delegates from anywhere in the world can take part in your conference or event.

Access to other spaces

Our relaxing, dedicated Lounge space can be accessed directly from the Oak Suite. It’s the ideal space in which to serve your delegates our delicious in-house catering or for use as a breakout area. We understand it can be expensive to host large numbers of delegates too, so to save you money and headaches we offer DDR packages starting from an unbeatable £29.
